Cost in a year
Do you know how much it costs for a baby in one year?
I have kept all the receipts for everything we have bought for Zoe in the first year. I wanted to know how much it would add up to and I wasn't really surprised how much it came to. I thought it would have been a lot more but I'm glad it wasn't.
This includes..
The baby room:
crib
dresser
change table
night stand
rocking chair
toy chest
lamps
shelves
pictures
baskets
The necessities:
diapers
wipes
lotions
creams
bottles
food
bowls
spoons
clothes
shoes
blankets
towels
face cloth
bibs
stroller
car seat
play pen
high chair
Fun things:
Books
toys
swing
impulse items
Grand total is:
$3,479.38
The total would have been more if I had to buy everything. Thanks so much to family and friends who put baby showers together for us, and ones who just gave us gifts or who lent us some things. It is a big help so once again thanks everyone for helping us out in the beginning and all through the year. What a blessing you have been this first year.

Julia, Great pics! The cost is lower than what I would have guessed too. Whose daughter are you keeping your receipts! hahaha.. i did it too, for 1st year university. :)

I'm sure for some other people the cost is more. There were so many thing giving or lent to us,and well I'm just a good shopper when it comes to spending money!
