Saturday fun

Today was an action-packed day that started out with a "dessert brunch." (Jody, would you like some waffles with that whipped cream?) This was followed by a van trip to 'the big city'. London should have been warned for the seven ladies that invaded it this afternoon.

My mom insisted that we stop at this used book store that was having a 60% off sale because she needed to feed her addiction for cookbooks.

While she was browsing, us young ladies did a bit of touring of our own in downtown London. One of our stops was a discount store where a sales clerk named Bonnie (in the middle wearing all black) jumped into the picture with all of us sporting some hot shades.

Soon after we made it to our final destination: Value Village. We had success hunting for some finds. But the best part of value village is finding outrageous outfits... i think my wedding dress deserves a prize. the puffy sleeve is bigger than my head!


We stopped at food basics and fueled up before heading back to home.

Had a 15 minute cat nap (shoppping tired us out)

and then in time for a BBQ at the boys house! We also playing some football, frisbee and watched some hockey. Go Flames, go!

What a super fun day full of laffs. I love you ladies you are the best can wait for our next outing
