Once again we are doing fun and games with our church, we are having a BBQ/potluck dinner and a fire work show. Should be a fun packed day. (picture of the little cupcakes is what we made and are bring to the BBQ)

To my dearest Zoë;

Wow 2 ½ year it’s been with you it sure has been an amazing wonderful time with you I can’t even imagine or really remember what its like with out you nor do I want to. I love you so much.

Zoë you are a true diamond in so many ways:
You are Bright
Brilliant
Beautiful
Durable
Perfect (well you know!)
Shining with joy
Unique
Every one that sees you loves you.

Right now at two 1/2 you are a walking, running, jumping, talking, singing happy little girl. Just over the past month you have started to sing songs. You know a little bit of twinkle little star and Jesus loves me, you love to sing happy birthday you know that one really good it was your first song you sung.

You talk like a little chatter box, sometimes I can’t even understand everything that you want to tell me. More and more you are mimicking the words that I use which can be funny the way your little mouth says it. You are doing an amazing job at mimicking Italian words that Nonno is teaching you, you know the different between the two langues that you are learning. You know more Italian then I do and that makes me so proud.

Potty time; well that seems to be a hard thing between the two of us. You tell me you are not ready but really I know you can do it and I am here for you. Just the other day you did it and you got a sticker for it which made you one super happy girl! You just need to keep it up. You can do it Zoë!

You are the best sleeper ever which you have been since you were five months. Early in the evening I read you some bed time stories and tuck you in bed and I don’t see you till the morning some times not till a little bit later in the morning. Most nights it’s almost twelve hours that I won’t see you. Thank you for sleeping so well in the night. You still are taking one nap a day in the middle of the day which will last any where from 2 to 4 hours. Wow you are so awesome!

You love to be outside, everything about you love. You love your swing set and play gym, the sand box and water table, playing in the pool or getting wet in water, you are life a little fish, you love your bike when mom brings it out and is up for pushing you around. Just running, walking skipping around outside anything to be out there you love.

You have exceptionally good qualities; all thought you are two you don’t really act like the “typically” two year old. You have the sweetest caring personally ever. (I think some people could learn from you) most time then not you are thinking of others and caring for there needs before yours. You don’t like seeing people get left out so you show ways in sharing with them or giving them your time and love when you know they need it. This melts my heart I am so blessed by you my dearest daughter.

I am proud to take you out in public and show you off. When we go out shopping you never ask for stuff or make scenes where I would have to remove us from. You listen to me some time I think even better when we are out in the world then at home. Which leads to me say it’s always a pleasure going out with you.

I am so grateful in many ways that you are my daughter, the lessons I learn from you are priceless just like you. You keep me happy so happy I have to cry once and a while, the tear of joy of how proud you make me.

I want you to grow up knowing you are loved by me, I have so much to give to you I just hope you can receive it all.

I am so proud to call you my daughter I love you so much!
