waiting

Waiting for my external hard drive to come in the mail.. I don't have one tiny crack of room to put any more pictures on my computer, C drive FULL... so this leaves me waiting...

Oma

Today is my Oma’s 80th birthday; I want to brag about my Oma.

She is the best Oma in the world I am so proud to call her Oma and so bless that I have had her for 22 years of my life.

She is loving, caring, kind, and giving.

You took such great care of Evelyn and me, and still continue to.

Even the small stuff to you is big stuff to me like making cookies and sending me home with them, home made strawberry Oma jam, the best Kraft dinner and egg maker. Doing all my sewing needs like hemming my pants.

I appreciate everything you do and have done for me. There really aren’t any words that can descried how much I appreciate all the love you have put into my life.

I will always have many great memories of us together.

Not only are you an awesome Oma but a wonderful gross Oma (great Oma) too.

I’m so glad you are my Oma I love you so much, more than words can say.

Weekends...

So swimming lesson ended this last Thursday, we has so much fun swimming together. On Thursday I was telling Zo that this is going to be our last class and she said" no mommy more swimming" (which when she talk she just melts my heart) Zo is going to miss it I’m hoping sooner then later she will be swimming again this time she graduated into the Duck level.

Then on Friday we went to Ottawa to see Auntie Lyds for the weekend. We met up with Auntie Ev and from there we went to Ottawa. Which we were so tired to began with just an hour or two away Ev and I were fading fast as I call it we were pouched! but we manage to make it there safely. It was a nice low key weekend with Lyds birthday dinner on Saturday which Ev made an awesome lamb dinner. (So good Ev!)

A fun time at the park on Sunday with Zo and that pretty much sums up our time in Ottawa.



Oh wait! I got a hair cut in Ottawa which I'm sure you notice in the pictures it's a lot shorter then it use to be or ever for that matter! What do you think?

Which brings me to this weekend where we went for the first time Storybook gardens in London. Which is recreational park for kids to learn and play. Storybook's enchanted castle is where you will discover eight chapters of fun, adventure and excitement like a water park , animals, play gym, and nature. It was lots of fun for Zo I got us some summer passes, it is forty five minutes away from home which is not to bad for a fun day away.

This weekend coming up is a busy one to, with my Oma turning 80! We a celebrating with her on Friday night with a dinner. On the Saturday we are going to our family reunion, it has been a while since we have see some of our family member I bet there is lots that haven’t even seen Zoë yet and me for that matter!! Then on Sunday it’s my day yup Mother’s day! I wonder what Zo is planing for me.
