V-day is coming!

Love day is almost here.. it's one of my favorites...

I got Zoë a cute lil outfit, so i can't wait to but it on her.. you'll have to wait till heart day..

My sweet little miss;

Zoë I love you so much you are the light of my days... I love seeing you learn new things; I could spend hours and hours just watching you discover your little world.

Your willingness to help out over flows my heart-you are such an awesome little helper I some time hardly believe that you are two. Most two year olds are too consured about themselves, but your not at all, you care so much about everyone else and if they are ok first before you. That quietly will go so far sweet heart.

The way you play is so cute how you mother your little baby, you are in the stage of wanting to get her dressed in your clothes and you care about her like she was real, But you are learning to get your self dressed by dressing baby. How you can do puzzle in few minutes putting it all together. You know what goes with what and it always has to be in order or else it’s oh-no.

Clean- up is huge for you; you love to clean up after yourself and others I don't even have to tell you most days you just do it. You know that the books go on the book case the toys go in the bin and the blankets on the couch. When you see something that needs to go in the garbage you pick it up and throw it out no questions asked( for the most part)
It's the order you like to have( humm I wonder where you got that!?!)

Craft time you like drawing and making new things epically the stickers, you like getting you hand traced. When you make a mark on the table with the canyons you say oh-no and point to the wash cloth. You just know when it's a oh-no. And the amazing part is your just two and you are really smart!

Your talking is coming along but for the most part you express with sounds instead of words. You are very expressive little girl and mama understands you.

The way you worship the lord is so precious to me I don’t even know how to tell you, it fills my heart with over flowing joy seeing you grab your cd's and putting them in the player then say oh-no cause you need your flags then you take the flags and wave them around with so much joy in you little heart. I pray that you will always be flowing with joy for the one who made you.

You are perfect and I couldn't ask for better, I love the way we look in each others eyes with so much love I hope that never goes away. I could go on and on about how amazing you are but I will save that for just us.

Here it is my Birthday...

OK OK enough already with putting my birthday post off... really it was an awesome weekend.

so some how I got my dad into watching Zoë for the weekend so that I could go with out her to Ottawa to have a sister's birthday weekend( which makes it a little easier with having more freedom!) but not only was it more freedom it was my first time away for a night while it was two night at that! Wow big deal here.

Arrived late on Friday well I guess that's Saturdays early morning, got up early causes I can't sleep in any more. Had some what of an easy going morning. Ev made us breakfast and we all got ready for the day. I had a hair appointment. Which I love my cut it is so nice that sad part is my camera was not working for some reason so I don't have any pictures of it... (I think that's why I have no motivation in this post because there are no pictures to show)

Anyways moving along... we went shopping which was alright I learned never to go shopping with all my sisters again... it was a little testing but was alright.. Then off we went to see my sister office... which might sound boring but if you know where she worked ... she works in the PMO.(prime minister office) Oh yea that's my sister for you! Very nice office, huge with a high ceiling and big window... too bad we didn't get to meet Harpper next time please. We went to tuckers for our free birthday dinner for those that don't know what tuckers is, its a buffet place all you can eat deal... really good they have it all...

So seeing as it’s our birthday night and I don't have Zoë with me I wanted to go to the bar to shake it! hahaha.. As it had been so long.. Really I just wanted to dance.. And that's what we did but.. That night Ev and I met a real gentlemen: Russell!(one of Lydia's goods friends) Who drove us to Lydia's office to get us some shoes then drove us to the bar which we went to the drink.. it was really dark you couldn't even see the person in front of you but maybe that's a good thing also it was a little weird guys were on one side and the ladies on the other.. But I guess if it was years ago it would have been more of an issue but not this time we were just dancing away.. I even got to dance on the risers! Fun times.. But no pictures..:( Russell for sure made then night...

So that was our Birthday.. Sunday have breakfast with Jenn (Lydia’s old room mate) which made us the best ever omelet I have ever had.
Met up with Chad and went shopping and out for lunch with him.

Then came home to my reality!

PS i had a great time.. when i have more time i will get some pictures of me and my little miss who i did miss so much that weekend, it was nice to have a little break.. really we all need it now and again..!
