Last time @the beach!?!

Nice weather means beach time! wow this weekend weather was so nice I needed to make it to the beach one last time before its over and also get a smoothie one last time in Grand bend. Just my luck we made it there 15 minutes before it was going to close for the rest of the year.

Deanna and her sister Sarah-ruth came with Zo and I to the beach it was so nice we brought our blankets and enjoyed the nice sun on us. Zo and Sarah-ruth played while I was able to relax with Deanna. Very few other people where there but I did ask someone what the temp of the water was and they said it was cold, which I thought it would be seeing as it has been getting colder out.

Here are some shots of the nice time we had, can't wait till next year to enjoy the beach time again.

No title

Last minute on Saturday we ( my dad and I) decided to go visit with my Grandma but on the way I wanted to see my sister so we made a quick stop to Ev's work so that way she would get ot see Zo. Ev works at a restuarant (sunset) where we ate lunch together but because Ev was working all day she couldn't come with us to see Grandma. I'm a least gald I got to see her for a little bit! I love you Ev can't wait till we can hang out all day and go to Ikea!

To Grandma's house we go! It was so nice to see her it had been way to long. We went on a walk to the park near by and Zoë enjoyed the swings.

One week down

Our first new week went so well! Zo loves the day care and has yet to cry, her teachers tell me she is so good which I didn't expect anything less. One thing that has been hard on me is not getting to see her much, I pick her up at 5:40 and get home around 6:00 and the little miss goes to bed at 7:00 so therefore doesn't give me much time with her when I have to make dinner and eat hoping that will be easier on us.

Zoë is getting so big, here is a cute picture of her looking up at the tree in our backyard.

My week went great so far I enjoy it, there's not much to say I open the seafood department and sever customers when they need fish and when I'm not doing that it's all about making the salads.. plain and simple really. I've got to get someone to take a picture of me and my seafood! but untill then I'm sure you know what it all looks like!

Our BIG day

Sad see you later’s today but...

I survived Zoë's first day of day care and my first day at Hanson's (grocery store) I droped Zo off and she never cried, she was right in there playing with the other kids and toys.. then at the end of my day I ran in the room with my arms opened and she ran the other way into the toys. I wonder how tomorrow will go for her.

My day on the job went really good, not only do I man the seafood dept. but I also do the salad bar (which is make the fruit and Lettice salads) The department is not that busy so during the slow times that's what I will be doing. It’s going to take a little bit for me to know all the fish as I don’t even eat it, hope I have an other good day tomorrow.

New season coming

In three days a beginning to a new season will open for Zoë and I, I will be starting a new job here in town (today was my last day at the stone willow inn, in St Mary's) and Zoë will be starting daycare.

A few weeks back I got offered a job at the local grocery store, I will be working in the seafood department as a seafood clerk close to full time. I don't like seafood but I hope the job is better. It will only be 10 minutes away as a pose to a 30 minute drive one way so i'm looking forward to only drive ten minutes away and plus I will only be minutes away from the day care center that Zoë will be going to.

In the early month of August I had got a phone call from the day care center saying that there would be a stop open in early September! which is great I have been on the waiting list for five months. My Mom and my dad have both been really good about watching Zo while I'm working- Thanks so much Mom and Dad I don't really know what I would do with out you, you are the best!

I look forward to an new adventure for the both of us, seeing Zoë grow and play with toddlers her own age (more to come on that) and for myself more growth.

Picture of Zo and I in front of the day care sign that she will be going to. (One of the few visits that we had to get more familiar with going there)
